Simple Floating Candle Arrangement Wire Technique

Simple Floating Candle Arrangement Wire Technique

If you have ever made a floating candle arrangement with submerged flowers, you know how tricky it can be to keep your flowers properly positioned in the vase.

In this tutorial, you’ll learn a simple wire technique that will help keep your flowers where you want them in your arrangement.

I think you’ll truly enjoy the tips shared in this video from Flower Joos.

In my opinion, this video is truly worth sharing with DIYers like you. Check it out and see if you agree.

I really hope you enjoyed that… and are super excited about giving this a try. It’s really pretty foolproof, even if you’re a novice.

And by the way, the flowers and supplies used in this bouquet, including the cymbidium orchids, can easily be found online.

You can buy them at wholesale prices online at sites like BloomsbytheBox, GlobalRose and FiftyFlowers. These three are the ones that I’ve personally experienced.

There are others that look pretty good as well, like WholeBlossoms and BunchesDirect, but I can honestly say I have no personal experience with them.

You could also use a number of other flowers

Flowers such as roses, gerbera daisies, and carnations can also be used in place of the cymbidiums, and are readily available. All depends on your preferences and budget.

If you are just making an arrangement or two and only just need a handful of high-quality flowers, I usually suggest purchasing them from a local florist. Always my first choice! πŸ™‚

As far as the supplies go, cylinder vases and can be found almost everywhere. Amazon, eBay both have an assortment of sizes and styles.

One of the most popular places to find them is Dollar Tree, and you certainly can’t beat the price. πŸ™‚

Florist-quality cylinder vases (in sets of 3), as well as the floating candles can be found online at Koyal Wholesale. The best selection of aluminum floral wire can be found on Amazon.

One other thing I like about the materials used is that they can all be reused, except the flowers of course. πŸ™

With that out of the way, let me tell you a little about myself.

My name is Greg Johnson and I’m the owner of this site. You can find more about me here. The short version can be found at the end of this post. πŸ™‚

Sharing awesome flower arranging tutorials is probably the biggest reason for me having created this ever-growing resource.

Honestly. That’s why I’m here with you right now. πŸ™‚

There’s a “but” however…

Listen, to start on the right foot, I’ve gotta level with you. Truthfully, my own selfish needs are really what led to the creation of this site.

I check out a lot of flower design tutorials (like the floating candle arrangement video you just got finished watching), and a cool site on which I could re-watch my favorite videos is really what I was after.

Of course, I do see this as something of an opportunity, as well. Why not just be honest, right?

I love sharing great content, and I also enjoy earning sponsorship revenues and affiliate commissions. Hopefully, you don’t see anything wrong with that.

As you can probably see, I’m not one to pull punches. That being the case… selling you stuff isn’t my goal here.

If anything from any of my sponsors interests you, that’s fantastic! But if that’s not the case, no problem. I’m just glad that you’re here. πŸ™‚

Income or no, I just wanna share useful floral tutorials with good people like you! πŸ˜‰

And that’s what FlowersFloralFlorist is. It’s basically just an “all under one roof” video resource for both myself and others who are interested in floral design ideas. Sound good? Great! It’d be great to have you over again sometime. πŸ˜‰

So keep in touch! I’ll simply be sharing more useful videos which cover various subjects including flowers, plants, and weddings… among others.
