Festive Holiday Centerpieces Aren’t Difficult To Make – Watch How the Pros Do It

Wow! Sometimes simple is best. I like this holiday centerpiece video from Flower Joos, and I think you will too!

If you’re serious about learning how to design a classic holiday centerpiece for your dining room table, then check out this step-by-step video guide.

It doesn’t matter whether you are a seasoned pro or an inexperienced floral designer; you’ll come away with some great tips you’ll learn in this video.

It’s a video I think you’ll love, too, especially if you like entertaining family and friends. Watch it and see if you agree.

That’s it, folks! I’m hoping you feel that watching the video was time well spent. John McDonald (Flower Joos) is a floral designer who grew into the floral business using the same techniques I cut my teeth on. This video is a prime example.

Here Are My Takeaways

The big takeaways from this video for me were:

  1. Traditional holiday greens, like pines and holly, do not have to be used. You can use any greens you choose. Candles are also optional.
  2. This centerpiece construction is adaptable for any season and occasion.
  3. Using foliages as shown will result in less product being needed for a floral arrangement. A great money-saving tip!

If you plan on making a holiday centerpiece following this tutorial, you’ll only need a small number of flowers and greens.

I suggest heading over to your local florist and purchasing from them. A visit to your local florist should always be your first stop!

Any of the supplies used, including the taper candle holders, floral foam, container, and waterproof floral tape, can be found on our Amazon page
