How to Get and Stay Connected to Greenfield Flower Shop

Social media is an important part of how we stay engaged with our customers, followers and friends. We continually monitor what’s working and what’s not working.

Things on the internet change in the blink of an eye. If it’s working, we leave it alone or do more. If not, we move on.

Things we were doing on social media six months ago have changed. Heck, a few things we did last month have changed.

Some of the social media we thought showed great promise going forward never gained traction and were not effective ways for us to connect with our universe of customers, friends and followers.

One of the ongoing challenges for our business has been tweaking the way we choose and use social media to benefit our customers.

Even though our social presence has garnered us many followers and friends, our primary focus has always been our customers, and using social media to connect in ways that are the most convenient for them.

Recently, we surveyed our customers to find out how they use social media. As a result, we have made a couple of changes worth noting.
